The transformation project with LEBENSWERK CONSULTING was ultimately rated as very good by all Krone. As an external consultant, Alexander Nowroth performed his role as moderator and initiator with excellence. As a result, the project team developed new goals and structures as well as a key performance indicator system for our sales organization. New impulses were set using the jointly defined OKRs and progress was measured in a 14-day cycle. This meant that the strategic plan could be adjusted at any time and at short notice in order to lead the project to maximum success. The goal of growing anti-cyclically and not only maintaining market share, but also expanding it, was achieved brilliantly. In addition, additional opportunities to increase sales and volume were identified; these will now be pursued in a second project phase not only nationally but also internationally. Alexander Nowroth's friendly, direct and demanding leadership in the project pushed all Krone employees involved and thus contributed greatly to achieving the goals.

Das Projekt Transformation mit LEBENSWERK CONSULTING ist zum Abschluss von allen Krone Beteiligten als sehr gut bewertet worden. Alexander Nowroth hat als externer Berater seine Moderator- und Impulsgeberrolle mit Exzellenz ausgeführt. Über die gemeinsam definierten OKRs wurden neue Impulse gesetzt und im 14tägigen Zyklus der Fortschritt gemessen. Jederzeit und kurzfristig konnte dadurch der Strategieplan angepasst werden, um das Projekt zum maximalen Erfolg zu führen. Das Ziel antizyklisch zu wachsen und nicht nur Marktanteile zu halten, sondern diese auch auszubauen wurde mit Bravour erreicht.
